The REI Transactional Equity Fund I provides growth capital to established home builders with proven track records who are ready to scale but lack the funding to do so.
Here's the challenge these builders face: construction lenders will finance the majority of a build—but only after critical early milestones are completed.

The land must be purchased, the site prepared, and the foundation poured before construction financing kicks in. Builders need capital to cover these initial phases, and without it, most can only self-fund 6-7 projects per year. That’s where we come in.
We embed ourselves as operational partners, handling bookkeeping, accounting, invoice processing, and financial tracking. This prevents builders from drowning in admin work while giving us detailed insights into every investment.
